Ingredients

2 cups mascarpone cheese
16 ladyfingers
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup sugar
7 tbsp instant espresso powder
5 scoops Marsala wine
3 tbsp Chocolate powder
1 bar 90% cocoa dark chocolate bar
3 pinches sea salt

    • 16 ladyfingers
    • 7 tbsp instant espresso powder
    • 5 scoops Marsala wine

    Use about 2 cups of hot water to make espresso with the instant powder and put Marsala wine. Stir it up and let it set for a few minutes. Then lightly moisturize ladyfingers with the mixture.

    Lay one layer of lady fingers in your container

    • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
    • 1 cup cream cheese
    • 1 cup whipped cream
    • 1 cup sugar
    • stand mixer with whisk

    Whip mascarpone cheese cream cheese together with a whisk. Then use another bowl to whip whipping cream. Combined together using a spatula.

    Spread mascarpone mixture on ladyfingers and repeat for another layer until the container mostly filled up

    • 1 bar 90% cocoa dark chocolate bar
    • 3 pinches sea salt

    Finely chop up dark chocolate bar and mix together with chocolate powder and sea salt. Dust on top and enjoy!
