Step 1/4
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- ginger
- Salt
Add oil to a pan and start to fry off ingredients
Step 2/4
- 2 Spring onions
- 150 g carrots
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 pepper
Add the following ingredients, fry off until carrots and mushrooms are browned off and cooked

- 300 g rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Once Vegys are cooked off add rice and soya sauce and mix through until everything is fully coated
Step 4/4
- 4 eggs
Push rice to one side and add 2 eggs to the pan. Scramble the egg and once it’s cooked mix through with the rice until fully incorporated. Once rice is cooked put to one side and cook the two remaining eggs. Place eggs on top of rice and serve
