Easy Tandoori Chicken in Oven
Ingredients
Step 1/8
- 500 g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix it well.
Step 2/8
- 1 lemon juice
Squeeze lemon juice into the mix.
Step 3/8
- 800 g chicken thighs
Add chicken tight to the mix. Transfer to refrigerator and let marinade for at least 10 hours.
Step 4/8
Cut tricolor bell peppers and red onion into rings.
Step 5/8
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 1 large red onion
Transfer cut bell peppers and onion into oven-safe plates.
Step 6/8
Put chicken thighs on top of bell peppers and red onion.
Step 7/8
Preheat oven to 220 degrees C and cook for 35 minutes.
Step 8/8
Decorate with coriander and enjoy!
