- ½ onion
- ½ celery root
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cut onion and celery root into pieces and roast it for maximum 5 min in the olive oil.
- 750 ml vegetable broth concentrate
- 150 g red lentils
Add the vegetable broth and lentils to your pot and cook until lentils are soft boiled.
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp parsley
Take the pot from your cooktop and blend everything. Then add the avocado and parsley and blend again until everything is mashed.
- 2 tbsp soy cream
You can serve it with a small amount of soy cream or just enjoy it without 🤗🍴
