    Preheat the oven for 180°C

  • Step 2/11

    • 2 eggs

    Put eggs in blender

  • Step 3/11

    • 118½ ml milk

    add milk

  • Step 4/11

    • 60 g flour

    Add flour

  • Step 5/11

    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp salt

    Add cinnamon and salt

  • Step 6/11

    • 12½ g butter (melted)

    Add 25grams of melted butter in blender

  • Step 7/11

    Blend all the ingredients

  • Step 8/11

    • 12½ g butter (melted, for coating)

    coat the melted butter in a glass pan

  • Step 9/11

    Add everything in the glass pan

  • Step 10/11

    Put glass pan in oven for 30 minutes

  • Step 11/11

    • tbsp maple syrup (for serving)

    If you like put some maple syrup over the Dutch babys at the end
