Preheat the oven for 180°C
Step 2/ 11
- 2 eggs
Put eggs in blender
Step 3/ 11
- 118½ ml milk
add milk
Step 4/ 11
- 120 g flour
Add flour
Step 5/ 11
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
Add cinnamon and salt
Step 6/ 11
- 12½ g butter (melted)
Add 25grams of melted butter in blender
Step 7/ 11
Blend all the ingredients
Step 8/ 11
- 12½ g butter (melted, for coating)
coat the melted butter in a glass pan
Step 9/ 11
Add everything in the glass pan
Step 10/ 11
Put glass pan in oven for 30 minutes
Step 11/ 11
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup (for serving)
If you like put some maple syrup over the Dutch babys at the end
