Easy apple crumble pie
- 2 Sour apples
Cut the apples in small pieces
- 40 g flour
- 40 g semolina
- 33⅓ g sugar
Mix dry ingredients, flour, semolina and 80g of sugar
- cinnamon sugar
Layer the pie. In a baking tray lay the first layer of flour mixture, put the half of the apples on top, sprinkle a bit of sugar and cinnamon on the apples.
- 50 g butter
On top of the apples lay a layer of cold butter, so it covers almost the whole surface
Repeat the step 3 & 4. Lay the flour mixture, apples and butter. Finish with the dry mixture layer.
Put it to heated 190 celsius degrees oven for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes add crushed almonds and let it bake for another 10 minutes
Let it rest for 10-15min and enjoy!
