"this is the best and easiest chocolate cake’s recipe i have ever tried! I know it from my mum ;) If like me your are too lazy to beat the egg whites, it’s not a problem you can just add the whites without beating them, the cake will just rise less and maybe a little more thick but still very good 😋"

preheat the oven at 200°C

- 66⅔ g butter
- cooking spoon
melt the chocolate and the butter in the microwave or in a pan
Step 3/6
- 56⅔ g sugar
- ⅔ tbsp flour
mix the chocolate and butter with the egg yolks, sugar and flour.

- 1⅓ eggs
- whisk
beat the egg whites into snow
Step 5/6
add the egg whites to the mix carefully
Step 6/6
pour the mixture in the mold and cook it for 20 minutes, to know if it’s ready stick a knife in the center, it must come out clean.
