ground cumin

soy sauce

Step 1/5
- 10 g flour
- ⅛ pinches salt
- 7¼ ml water
Mix dough until smooth and leave to rest 15min
Step 2/5
- chives
- 14 g ground pork
- ¼ pinches ginger
- parsley
- ⅛ pinches ground cumin
- ⅛ tbsp soy sauce
- ⅛ egg
Take the ingredients for the filling and mix them thoroughly

Take the dough, roll it out in thin sheets and cut circles about the size of a glass top. Then put a tea spoon of filling and close it

Put oil in the pan, put the dumplings in and leave them for a few minutes for each side until there golden

Once the dumpling is golden, add 1/3cup of water per about 10 dumplings and cover the pan until the water is completely gone. Done.
