Double choc'late muffin
- 26⅔ g flour
- 10⅔ g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ tbsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 21⅓ g bittersweet chocolate chips
Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins. at 175°C. Prepare all the dry and wet ingredients. First is combine the dry ing. using a sifter to eliminate lumps.
- 29½ ml buttermilk
- 16⅔ g light brown sugar
- ⅔ tbsp unsalted butter
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ eggs (large)
Combine all the wet ingredients then gradually pour the dry ingredients to the batter. Mix together by using a spatula, or an lectric mixer at a low speed. Remember, do not over mix. Grease the muffin pan with butter. This recipe can make 12 muffins. Once the batter is poured in the pan, garnish it with the desire amount of choco chips.
Bake for 25 mins. Let it rest for 5 mins. And serve it as a delightful dessert. Enjoy :) Keep it chilled for better and yummier taste.
