- 250 ml pineapple juice
- ice cube tray
Separate the pineapple juice into the ice cube tray and freeze it.
- 1 banana
Cut the banana un slices and freeze it.
- 2½ tsp confectioner’s sugar
- 125 ml coconut milk
Combine the frozen pineapple juice, the banana slices and the confectioner's sugar kna blender. Blend until smooth and gradually add the coconut milk.
