- 1⅓ tomatoes

Grind Tomato as well as onion finely
Put A pan on gas Add some water and salt bring it to boil... then add finely chopped carrots, cauliflower florets, corns and Peas.let them get boiled
Spinach leaves. Blanch them for 5 mins and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Add Tomato and onion puree saute and mix well.

After saute the raw paste of Tomato and onion add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell is gone
Add All the mixed veggy and saute for a while U can cover the veggy for 5 min to get softness
Add Spinach pure Mix well
Add the Masala Mentioned...mix welll
Add butter and cream for smooth silky texture...cover it fr 5 to 10 min...do check in the some min of gap
