Delicious Carrot cake

Step 1/3

• 250 ml sunflower oil
• 225 g caster sugar
• 3 eggs
• 225 g flour
• 250 g carrots

In a bowl mix together sugar and flour and I usually add 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon then add oil eggs and carrots and mix until blended

Step 2/3

Pour in to prepared tin

Step 3/3

Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown when done stick a knife in the center to see if it’s done
