- 50 g oat flakes
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 ml milk
Mix the oats together in a bowl while pouring the milk little by little.

Melt the chocolate in a pen in a very low heat taking care to not split the chocolate’s fat. And scrape it off with the spatula to a small bowl.

Whisk in 4/5 of the chocolate and the egg white to the oats.

- 1 banana
- 30 g grapes red and green
- cutting board
- serrated knife
Slice the banana and grapes.
Step 5/7
Pre-heat the pan with the coconut oil and add the mixture to the pan while cooking it in low heat. Only cook one side.
Step 6/7
Without removing the pancake from the pan, arrange the banana and grape slices in just one half of the pancake and after flip the other half of the pancake on top of the slices.
Step 7/7
- mint and coconut flakes as topping
Cut the pancake in 3 and plate it up. Finnish off with some coconut flakes and mint leafs.
