- ⅛ cup coconut oil
Melt the coconut oil in a pan or microwave. It should be liquid at this point.
- ⅛ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ cup maple syrup (room temp)
Combine melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and room temperature* maple syrup in a bowl. Stir until the mixture has no clumps. *It is crucial for the maple syrup to be room temperature. Otherwise, the coconut oil will solidify and become clumpy.
Line a plate or baking sheet with wax paper and pour chocolate onto the paper. Spread into the shape of a bar. Place in freezer for two hours. Take the chocolate bar out and enjoy!
