Creamy spaghetti sauce chicken
Ingredients
Step 1/8
- 400 g chicken breasts
- ½ tsp salt
Season chicken with salt
Step 2/8
- 1 egg
In a small bowl beat one egg
Step 3/8
Add in egg to chicken breast
Step 4/8
- 3 tbsp flour
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
- ½ tsp black peppercorn
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Dust chicken breast with flour mixture- flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, black pepper, mixed herb and salt
Step 5/8
In a frying pan, heat 3 tbsp olive oil and fry chicken breast until golden brown. It takes about 5 minutes each side

- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- ½ red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
Remove chicken, set aside. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil, onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened
Step 7/8
- 100 ml white wine
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 tbsp Neapolitan spaghetti tomato sauce
And then add white wine, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, cream. Mix it until combine.. add salt, black pepper, smoked paprika powder, mixed herbs to taste. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the chicken breast cooked perfectly-not pink

- 1 tbsp parsley
Add chopped parsley and your creamy tomato chicken is ready to eat
