Creamy shrimp spaghetti
- 2 spaghetti
Boil the spaghetti as per package instruction, drain and set aside
- 1½ cloves garlic
- 1 stalks Green onions
- 1 tomatoes
While spaghetti is boiling, chop tomatoes, slice green onions, and crush the garlic
- 125 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Heat some oil. Cook the shrimps in low heat, then set aside.
Add more oil to the pan, insert green onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Cook until soft.
- 50 ml heavy cream
- ½ pinch salt
- ½ pinch Black pepper
Add the cream, salt, and blackpepper
Put in the spaghetti and shrimp, mix thoroughly and serve
