Utensils

  • Step 1/8

    • 250 g butter (soft)

    Measure butter and allow it to get soft

  • Step 2/8

    • 350 g flour
    • 2 pinch salt
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp baking soda

    Mix the flour, salt, baking power and backing soda

  • Step 3/8

    • 180 g cane sugar
    • 70 g muscovado sugar
    • 8 g vanilla sugar
    • hand mixer with beaters

    In another bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugars (vanilla, muscovado and cane sugar)

  • Step 4/8

    • 2 egg

    Add egg to butter mix

  • Step 5/8

    Add the flour mix to the sugar mix and knead by hand

  • Step 6/8

    • 400 g chocolate

    Add chocolate and keep kneading by hand

  • Step 7/8

    Chill for 1hr (optional)

  • Step 8/8

    Bake for 10-12 min at 175°C
