- 6⅔ g granulated sugar
- 16⅔ g butter (room temperature)

Cream the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until dissolved.

Whisk in egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.

- ½ tbsp cornflour
- ⅛ tsp salt

Sift and mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.
