- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 125 g butter (room temperature)
- hand mixer with beaters
Cream the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until dissolved.
Whisk in egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- 200 g flour
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- ⅛ tsp salt
Sift and mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.
Add dry mixture into the butter mixture and combine until blended.
Add and mix the chocoloate chip.
Chill for at least an hour & bake at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes.
