200 ml extra thick heavy cream
1½ tbsp icing sugar
1½ tsp intsant coffee
1½ tbsp boiling water
1½ tbsp cold water

    Whisk the cream until slightly thickened in a large bowl. Mix together the coffee and boiling water, then cold water, and add the sugar and coffee. Whisk until thickened and soft peaks have been achieved.
