Classic Egg Omelette For 3
1. Tenderize pepperoni. Crisp pepperoni in frying pan until golden brown on edges. Then pull pepperoni with hands
2. Put eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add thyme, milk, pepperoni. Mix well.
3. Mix egg mixture with whisk. Fry or bake egg mixture for 3 minutes in mini omelette pan until light yellow
4. Top with sour cream and chives
