“I love this recipe! It’s great to make after a long day and you just feel like something sweet to satisfy your stomach. Make sure if you are using self raising flour at all, to constantly watch your roll to make sure it does not rise out of the cup/mug.”

Ingredients

Servings:-1+
½ cup Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 pinch Baking soda/ powder
3 tbsp Milk
1½ tbsp Melted butter
¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
Extra flour (any type, self raising or plain)
Butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Utensils

  • 2 whisks
  • rolling pin

  • Step 1/7

    • ½ cup Flour
    • 2 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 pinch Baking soda/ powder
    • whisk

    Whisk all dry ingredients together in a small- medium bowl

    • 3 tbsp Milk
    • 1½ tbsp Melted butter
    • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

    Add in milk, vanilla extract and butter and whisk until you get a sticky dough-like consistency.

    • Extra flour (any type, self raising or plain)

    Sprinkle extra flour onto a bench and on a rolling pin and put dough mixture onto table and roll out in a long rectangular shape

    • Brown sugar
    • Cinnamon

    • knife

    Mix the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together into a paste and spread onto dough

    Roll dough into a log and place into a medium-large mug

    Put in microwave and cook for about 1:30. Keep in mind every microwave is different, so keep cooking on 20-30 second intervals if not cooked to satisfaction after 1:30 until done
