2 hand mixers with beaters, bowl, wooden spoon, baking sheet, baking paper
Step 1/4
- 8⅔ g butter (soft)
- 6⅔ g caster sugar
- 8⅔ g brown sugar
- ⅛ eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- hand mixer with beaters
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with grease proof paper. Cream together butter and both sugars and then add the eggs and vanilla.
Step 2/4
- 17⅓ g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a separate bowl
Step 3/4
- 26 g oats
- hand mixer with beaters
Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet and mix, repeat with the other half. Finally add the oats
Step 4/4

Roll the dough into balls place them all on a baking sheet and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until they’re golden.
