Pour the milk into a pot and heat on medium heat. Meanwhile it’s heating cut up the apple and the banana into small pieces.
When the milk starts to boil, add the oats and turn down the heat. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then add half of the cut up apple and banana and the salt and let it simmer until it reaches a creamy consistency. Just before serving add the cinnamon and mix it in.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and place the remaining fruits and top. Top with the almond butter, the berry compote and hemp seeds. Enjoy :)
