Orange essence

20 g

Ground milk chocolate

17½ ml

Caster sugar

Step 1/5
Wisk milk, cream, caster sugar, and orange essence.
Step 2/5
Pour in to the ice cream churner
Step 3/5
Let the churner work for 20 minutes, then slowly pour in the ground milk chocolate.
Step 4/5
Let the churner work for a further 15 minutes.
Step 5/5
Finally scope the ice cream out off the churner and freez for an hour.
