Step 1/8
- 22½ g butter (room temperature)
- 25 g caster sugar
- bowl

In a large bowl mix in butter and sugar till soft
Step 2/8
- 50 ml milk (lukewarm)
Add in the warm milk and mix continuously till liquid.
Step 3/8
- 62½ g flour
- ¾ tbsp milk powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅜ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Now sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder and cocoa powder.
Step 4/8
Mix till it forms a batter.
Step 5/8
- chocolate chip (for sprinkling)
- muffin liner
Take muffin liners and fill it 3/4. Sprinkle each muffin with some chocolate chips.
Step 6/8

Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
Step 7/8
- toothpick
Put the liners in the oven and wait for it to bake for 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if they are baked. The toothpick should come out clean.
Step 8/8
After baked keep them for resting for nearly 5 minutes.
