Ingredients: 750 ml Full cream; 250 ml Full cream milk; 250 g Dark cocoa; 125 g Fine caster sugar; 2.5 tsp Vanilla extract

White chocolate and berry popsicles

Pumpkin and orange popsicles

Boozy chocolate and coffee popsicles

Strawberry and blackberry popsicles

Vanilla ice cream

Whisk all ingredients until mixture is bubbly.

Pour into a 2L ice cream churner, then leave for 30 minutes

Once the ice cream is ready freeze for an hour then serve chilled.

Chocolate Ice cream

When it snow it's the best time to make homemade ice cream and eat it. People have a right to know ice cream is a good desert for every age. You can't take ice cream  to school nor can you take it to most jobs .To eat ice cream is  a treat away from home ,  It melts fast. It's that   treat to control a hungry crave. Most of the time eating ice cream taste is sweet. From my taste it can take the place of many meals. Ice cream is used when serving cake at birthday partys. I plan on making ice cream on Mother's day and Father day and all other days whenever a treat can be enjoyed.  My younger sisters are successful women who ate ice cream as kids. I see many eating ice cream in Cafes in the city.Perhaps in the country people enjoy melon and ice cream on hot days .After a high school party I looked for a ice cream shop , but there was not any ice cream. These days I can find ice cream shops on my  front porch .and wat h the Amtrak train pass. The children running on the side walk. I e cream is quick treat to eat. If you don't ear it quick the treat of ice cream is lostj.
