Chocolate fudge cake (chefnun)
Cake pan (7 inch for full recipe)
Melt butter and set aside.
In the mixing bowl, add sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and mix to blend.
Add hot water in 3-4 portions ( hot enough to dissolve the ingredients) and keep stirring. Left the ingredients to cool to room.
Once cooled down. Warm the oven to 170c. Add oil, melted butter and stir to mix.
Add egg and egg yolks, whisk to mix.
Add cake flour (sifted) and whisk to blend. Low speed if use hand mixer. Add milk and buttermilk, whisk again.

Transfer to 7” cake pan, lined with baking paper. Note that batter looks runny (not like sponge or chiffon). Bake at 170 ( no fan)for 40-45 min.
