"Brown butter and brown sugar enhance your chocolate chip cookies with a caramel flavor. Balanced with sea salt flakes, it's the perfect combination. It's important to use a mixture of chocolate with 50% cacao and 70% cacao, so the cookies won't be too sweet in the end. #stayhomekeepcooking"
