Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
1½ cups light brown sugar
1½ cups White sugar
eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
3¼ cups flour
1 tsp salt
11½ oz milk chocolate chips
11½ oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • stand mixer with paddle
  • 2 rubber spatulas
  • Tablespoon or small u ceremony scoop
  • Step 1/6

    • 1 cup unsalted butter
    • 1½ cups light brown sugar
    • 1½ cups White sugar

    With a mixer, whip butter and sugars until well blended

    Scrap sides of bowl to make sure sugars and butter is well blended

    • 3 tsp vanilla extract

    Add both eggs and whip on medium until well blended. Now, add the vanilla.

    • 3¼ cups flour
    • 1 tsp salt

    Add flour and salt and stir JUST until blended - not too much!

    • 11½ oz milk chocolate chips
    • 11½ oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Add chocolate chips and mix on low until just combined.

    • Tablespoon or small u ceremony scoop

    Drop by tablespoon on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at preheated 350 degree oven until just lightly brown at edges. Middle of cookie will look undone - that’s okay! Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before eating!
