Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

stand mixer with paddle, 2 rubber spatulas, Tablespoon or small u ceremony scoop
Step 1/6
- ⅛ cup unsalted butter
- ⅛ cups light brown sugar
- ⅛ cups White sugar
- stand mixer with paddle

With a mixer, whip butter and sugars until well blended
Step 2/6

Scrap sides of bowl to make sure sugars and butter is well blended
Step 3/6
- ⅛ eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
Add both eggs and whip on medium until well blended. Now, add the vanilla.
Step 4/6
- ⅛ cups flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
Add flour and salt and stir JUST until blended - not too much!
Step 5/6
- ½ oz milk chocolate chips
- ½ oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Add chocolate chips and mix on low until just combined.
Step 6/6
- Tablespoon or small u ceremony scoop
Drop by tablespoon on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at preheated 350 degree oven until just lightly brown at edges. Middle of cookie will look undone - that’s okay! Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before eating!
