Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Utensils
fork, airtight container, rubber spatula
Step 1/ 7
- 1 cup rolled oat
- 1 cup water
- 2 banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pinch salt

in a small/medium bowl, combine oats, banana, water, vanilla, and salt
Step 2/ 7
Microwave oats mixture 1-2 minutes, or until most of the water has been absorbed
Step 3/ 7
- ½ cup almond milk
Add milk, stir, and microwave for an additional 1 minute, and 30second intervals after that until almost all of the liquid is absorbed
Step 4/ 7
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- airtight container
Add chia seeds, stir to combine, and add oat mixture to a container
Step 5/ 7
- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener (agave, maple syrup, honey)
- 2 tbsp water
- rubber spatula
In a small bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, water, and sweetener of choice
Step 6/ 7
Spread the chocolate mixture over the oats, and top with banana slices, walnuts, etc.
Step 7/ 7
Place the oatmeal in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
