Choco Banana Bread
5 forks, bowl, loaf pan
- 3 g bananas
Mash the 3 bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork.
- ⅓ scoop chocolate malt powder
Add the chocolate malt powder and stir with a fork to combine.
- 1 scoop flour
Add the flour and stir with a fork to combine.
- ½ tsp baking powder
Add the baking powder and stir with a fork to combine.
- 1 egg
Add the egg and whisk with a fork to combine with the other ingredients.

Transfer to a lined loaf pan (mine was silicone but I still used the baking paper)
Place into a 200 degree oven (my oven is fan forced)
Cook for 45 minutes, the bread should be browned and when a knife poked in should come out clean.
The bread is going to be a spongy texture. You can add chocolate chips instead of the malt powder just replace the chocolate powder with the chips. (I think it would taste better like this) Nuts would also be good.
