Put the flours, salt and water in a bowl, mix it together into a ball of dough. Leave a dough in a fridge for 2 hours.
Chop onion, garlic and coriander mix it with all ground meet and spices. Add 100 ml of water.
Divide the dough and meet into 30 pats. Take a one dougt ball and roll out a 1 cm thick circle. In to the circle put meet and wrap by folding the folds. Squeeze the top well.
Boil water with salt in a big pot, add chinkali and cook for 15 minutes when it rises.
