    • 1⅓ eggs
    • 33⅓ g scallions
    • 33⅓ g German hunter sausage
    • 33⅓ g cucumbers

    Beat eggs into egg mixture and mix well with flour. Chop scallions, cucumber and sausages into small pieces

    • 83⅓ ml water

    Add chopped pieces into flour and egg mixture and slowly add water. So that pancake mixture is smooth

  • Step 3/ 3

    Heat up frying pan with olive oil and add about 40 ml pancake mixture each time to the pan. Cool each side of pancake for 3 mins until golden brown. Repeat until all pancake mixture is used up. It should cook about 5 - 6 pancakes. Serve with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
