garlic

Step 1/3
Slice the tomatoes to the size you like and blend the eggs with some salt. Slice the garlic.

- ⅛ cup oil
Heat half of the oil and scramble the egg until it’s fully cooked. Pour it into a separate bowl.

- 3 tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
Heat the rest of the oil and put in the tomatoes. Add sugar (feel free to add more if you prefer it to be sweeter) and then fry for 3 minutes until the juice gets soaked out. Then add the scrambled egg. Sir to mix well. Add the garlic on top and put on the lid and let it sit for 1 minute. It’s done! Bon appetite!
