- 50 g chickpea(kabuli chana)
At first chickpea soak in water overnight,next boiled in a pressure cooker

- saucepan, knife, chopping board
bolied Potato and sliced with knife

- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 2 green chillies
next onion,tomato , cucumber, green chillies are washed with water properly and then chopped

- 1 carrot
- ginger small piece
take carrot and ginger properly wash and then grated

- coriander leaves
- lemon juice
- salt tasted
all ingredients are mixed in a big bowl ,next add salt , lemon juice and toss well. finally garnishing with coriander leaves
