50 g chickpea(kabuli chana)
onion
potato
tomato
cucumber
green chillies
carrot
coriander leaves
ginger small piece
lemon juice
salt tasted

  • a pot,a pressure cooker
  • saucepan, knife, chopping board
  • chopping board, knife
  • fine grater
  • big bowl
  • Step 1/6

    • 50 g chickpea(kabuli chana)
    • a pot,a pressure cooker

    At first chickpea soak in water overnight,next boiled in a pressure cooker

    • saucepan, knife, chopping board

    bolied Potato and sliced with knife

  • Step 3/6

    • onion
    • tomato
    • cucumber
    • green chillies
    • chopping board, knife

    next onion,tomato , cucumber, green chillies are washed with water properly and then chopped

    • carrot
    • ginger small piece
    • fine grater

    take carrot and ginger properly wash and then grated

    • coriander leaves
    • lemon juice
    • salt tasted
    • big bowl

    all ingredients are mixed in a big bowl ,next add salt , lemon juice and toss well. finally garnishing with coriander leaves
