Wash the chicken
Take a bowl (medium size) and the pieces of boneless chicken into the bowl.
Add all the ingredients into the bowl and mix it well with the chicken then keep it for the marination for minimum 1 hour, marination gives the proper taste to the dish.
After marination, take the skewers and put the chicken in it.
Grease the pieces with oil and Grill it using the grill pan or simple pan for 10-15 minutes on medium flame, depending on the size of the pieces.
Serve the chicken tikka with mint chutney.
