Ingredients

Chicken (Shredded)

Rice-A-Roni

Chicken bouillon Cubes

green bell peppers
1 tbsp
garlic powder

1 dash
pepper
¼ cup
shredded cheddar cheese

2 cooking spoons, fork, Tin foil

  • Step 1/6

    Preheat oven to 375

  • Step 2/6

    • 1 lb Chicken (Shredded)
    • 1 Rice-A-Roni
    • 2 Chicken bouillon Cubes
    • 1 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 onion
    • 1 dash pepper
    • cooking spoon

    Cook Rice A Roni according to package with shredded chicken. Add bouillon cubes along with water. Season as desired

  • Step 3/6

    • 2 green bell peppers
    • fork

    While rice is cooking, cut tops off of green peppers, and scrape out seeds. Submerge peppers into boiling water for 3-5 mins. Drain and set in pan to be stuffed.

  • Step 4/6

    • Tin foil

    When rice and chicken are done, spoon contents into green peppers. I spoon any remaining rice around peppers. Cover with tin foil, and place in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until peppers are tender.

  • Step 5/6

    • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

    When peppers are tender, uncover and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.

  • Step 6/6

    Take out of oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
