Ingredients

½ cup chia seed
½ cup Plant based milk or coconut milk
¼ cup Strawberries
¼ cup Banana slices
⅓ cup unsweetened coconut flake
1½ tbsp agave

  • Step 1/4

    • ½ cup chia seed
    • ½ cup Plant based milk or coconut milk
    • 1½ tbsp agave
    • bowl
    • Spoon

    Mix chia Seeds, milk and agave.

  • Step 2/4

    • ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut flake
    • baking sheet

    Put coconut flakes on baking sheet and toast at 200 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.

  • Step 3/4

    • ¼ cup Strawberries
    • ¼ cup Banana slices

    Slice fruit And place on top of Chia pudding

  • Step 4/4

    Sprinkle toast to coconut on top of chia pudding and fruit drizzle with agave
