340 g chicken breast strips
300 g cauliflower rice
300 ml cream of mushroom soup
300 g button mushrooms
3 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 capsule chicken stock
3 strips bacon
  • Step 1/1

    Fry the cauliflower and mushrooms. After they are slightly fried add the cream of mushroom soup and water with the salt and pepper. Mix the chicken stock and add 500ml of water. Add the chicken in and let it boil till the water halves. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the mix gets thicker. Fry bacon and it’s ready to eat! Follow hungry_medic on Instagram for more
