6 g cornstarch
15 g almond butter
5 g baking powder
5 g baking soda
245 g buttermilk
5 g salt
30 g sugar
55 g butter
5 g vanilla extract

    • 6 g cornstarch
    • 5 g baking powder
    • 5 g baking soda
    • 5 g salt
    • 30 g sugar

    Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl.

    • 245 g buttermilk
    • 5 g vanilla extract
    • Egg

    Heat buttermilk to 100°F and whisk in egg and vanilla.

    • 15 g almond butter
    • 55 g butter

    Melt butter and mix in almond butter until thoroughly combined.

  • Step 4/6

    Mix wet mixtures into dry and stir until few clumps remain.

  • Step 5/6

    Pour onto skillet on medium heat.
