- 80 g AP flour
- 3 g cornstarch
- 2½ g baking powder
- 2½ g baking soda
- 2½ g salt
- 15 g sugar
Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl.
Step 2/ 6
- 122½ g buttermilk
- 2½ g vanilla extract
- ½ Egg
Heat buttermilk to 100°F and whisk in egg and vanilla.
Step 3/ 6
- 7½ g almond butter
- 27½ g butter
Melt butter and mix in almond butter until thoroughly combined.
Step 4/ 6
Mix wet mixtures into dry and stir until few clumps remain.
Step 5/ 6
Pour onto skillet on medium heat.
Step 6/ 6
Serve immediately.
