  • Step 1/4

    • 100 g bulgur
    • saucepan

    Start cooking the bulgur seperated as instructed on the package.

  • Step 2/4

    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1½ red onions

    Cut the garlic and the onion (slices are enough) and start heating the garlic for 1 min it in the pan. After that, add the onions for 2 min.

  • Step 3/4

    • 100 g shrimp
    • 100 g brown mushrooms
    • 25 g bean sprouts
    • ½ eggplant
    • salt
    • pepper
    • hot paprika powder

    Cut the eggplant and mushrooms, and add it to the pan together with the shrimps and bean sprouts. If your shrimps are uncooked, maybe cook them first in a separated pan. Mix the pan and cool everything inside for about 8 minutes. Seasoning everything with salt, pepper & paprika while mixing.

  • Step 4/4

    • 25 g cherry tomatoes
    • 50 g feta cheese
    • 25 g arugula

    Add the cooked bulgur from step 1 to the pan. Cut the tomatoes in quarters and add it to the pan, mixit a bit and remove the heat for this pan. Now crumble and add the feta cheese too. At last, add the arugula and showel it beneath the other incredients, do not mix too much, the arugula should be still recognizable in the pan!
