Prep Veggies
Step 2/3
- 2 tbsp butter
Brown butter- takes about 4-5m on high heat
Step 3/3
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
Add watercress, stir fry for about 3m and add the rest of veg and soy sauce, spice to taste
