1 package watercress
2 tbsp butter
1 package enoki mushroom
2 sticks scallions
3 slices red onions
3 tbsp dark soy sauce

    Prep Veggies

  • Step 2/3

    • 2 tbsp butter

    Brown butter- takes about 4-5m on high heat

  • Step 3/3

    • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce

    Add watercress, stir fry for about 3m and add the rest of veg and soy sauce, spice to taste
