active dry yeast

butter

sugar

vanilla sugar

    • ¼ package active dry yeast

    Mix and let it sit

  • Step 2/5

    • 25 g butter

    Melt the butter

  • Step 3/5

    • 125 g flour
    • ¼ active dry yeast
    • 17½ g sugar
    • ¼ package vanilla sugar
    • ¼ pinch salt

    Mix the ingredients

  • Step 4/5

    Mix all ingredients and kneed for 10 minutes

  • Step 5/5

    Divide in equal pieces and form to your desire. Let it rise for at least another 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
