In a fresh pan, heat some butter & saute the sage leaves of basil. Add the salami & cook well for 3mins on each side on high flame.
Once cooked, set the salami aside & add tomatoes until roasted.
Grease a ramekin or bowl or mug with olive oil, gently push the bread to bottom of the container. Dont worry if it tears in the middle.
Place one slice of salami in the centre & other two on the sides that does not cover with bread. (Idea is to have a cup shape covering all sides either with bread or salami)
Crack an egg without breaking the yolk in the centre of the container.
In a pre heated oven, bake until egg is cooked at 150 degree C. 8. Once baked well, season with salt+pepper & garnish with sage leaves or basil & tomato.
