1 nonstick pan (small), 1 spatula, 1 plate (small, for serving)
Step 1/3
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 nonstick pan (small)
Add olive oil to pan and bring into medium heat.
Step 2/3
- 2 egg
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 pinch pepper
- 1 spatula
Crack eggs into the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make sure egg whites are cooked.
Step 3/3
- 1 plate (small, for serving)
Remove from pan. Serve in a plate. Add rice if needed.
