5 ml olive oil
1 pinch salt

  • 1 nonstick pan (small)
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 plate (small, for serving)
  • Step 1/3

    • 5 ml olive oil
    • 1 nonstick pan (small)

    Add olive oil to pan and bring into medium heat.

  • Step 2/3

    • egg
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 1 spatula

    Crack eggs into the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make sure egg whites are cooked.

  • Step 3/3

    • 1 plate (small, for serving)

    Remove from pan. Serve in a plate. Add rice if needed.
