100 g blackberries (frozen)
40 g blueberries (frozen)
Β½ banana
40 ml rice milk
20 ml water
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Β½ mango (for serving)
mixed nuts (for serving)

  • Step 1/4

    • 100 g blackberries (frozen)
    • 40 g blueberries (frozen)
    • food processor

    Process the frozen fruit

  • Step 2/4

    • Β½ banana
    • 40 ml rice milk
    • 20 ml water

    Add liquids and half of a banana to change the texture of the mixture

  • Step 3/4

    • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

    For a sweeter taste, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder

  • Step 4/4

    • Β½ mango (for serving)
    • mixed nuts (for serving)

    Serve with slices of mango and different nuts or seeds
