    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 crumpet
    • spoon
    • pot
    • toaster

    Melt the butter in a pot on the stove until nutty fragrant. Make sure not to burn it. It would take 2-3min on a small burner but don't leave the stove as the timings might depend on the power of your burner and pit you are using. Mix it every 30sec. In the meantime drop the crumpet into the toaster or heat it up on a dry pan.

    • 2 tsp honey

    Now at the honey and mix it together. Leave to cook for a few seconds and mix it again. Mix until combined.

    • 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
    • 20 blueberries

    Spread the ricotta on a warm crumpet. Add the blueberries (or other fruits). Pour the honey butter and enjoy immediately.
