Step 1/4
- ⅜ kg Minced pork and meat
- 20 g butter
- 320 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 4 g salt
- 4 g pepper
Fry the minced meat in butter on low temperature, add tomatoe sauce and let simmer.
Step 2/4
- 160 g bacon
- 20 g tomato purée (passata)
Fry bacon and add tomatoe purée
Step 3/4
Mix all the meat in one frying pan and let simmer for a long while. Stop when the sauce is perfectly firm.
Step 4/4
- 280 g spaghetti
Boil spaghetti
