- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ tbsp water
- ⅛ tsp salt

In a large bowl, mix the flour, egg yolk, melted butter, cold water, and salt. Knead dough until solid, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it cool for 20 min. in the fridge.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until foamy. Add the blue cheese and cottage cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Let it cool in the fridge for 10 min.
