chicken thighs
165 ml
black beer
tbsp
honey
½ tbsp
Dijon mustard
½ tsp
starch
½ pinch
salt
½ pinch
pepper
  • Step 1/ 5

    • 165 ml black beer
    • tbsp honey
    • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
    • ½ tsp starch

    mix beer, mustard, honey and starch in a bowl

  • Step 2/ 5

    • 200 g chicken thighs
    • ½ pinch salt
    • ½ pinch pepper

    season chicken and marinade for 30min

  • Step 3/ 5

    after 30min, move everything in a pan/cast iron pot and place in a pre-heated oven at 200C

  • Step 4/ 5

    turn the chicken after 25min

  • Step 5/ 5

    cook another 20min or until the chicken takes the colour of the beer

  • Enjoy your meal!
