chicken thighs
165 ml
black beer
1½ tbsp
honey
½ tbsp
Dijon mustard
½ tsp
starch
½ pinch
salt
½ pinch
pepper

- 165 ml black beer
- 1½ tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp starch
mix beer, mustard, honey and starch in a bowl
Step 2/5
- 200 g chicken thighs
- ½ pinch salt
- ½ pinch pepper
season chicken and marinade for 30min
Step 3/5
after 30min, move everything in a pan/cast iron pot and place in a pre-heated oven at 200C
Step 4/5
turn the chicken after 25min
Step 5/5
cook another 20min or until the chicken takes the colour of the beer
